All sales of services are final. All deposits and payments for services such as lessons, packages, competition fees are non-refundable.

All sales of tuition, packages, lessons, competition fees and deposit or any other services and merchandise provided by GoBallroomDance.com (Evgeny Likhachev, Maria Levina) are final and NO REFUND will be given if you decide to withdraw from instruction, activities or programs.

2. Floor Fees:
Price may vary based on location.
The listed prices does not include floor fees.*

3. Advance Payment:
Payments has to be done in prior to the beginning of each lesson. 

4. Cancellation Policy:
To avoid a full lesson charge, cancelation of the Lesson must be made at least 23 hours before the scheduled lesson. 
Please note that once you have booked an appointment or service with GoBallroomDance.com (aka Evgeny Likhachev, Maria Levina), it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to the charge of such appointment or service.

5. Expiration periods:
- 10  lessons expire after 5 weeks from the date of purchase.
- 20  lessons expire after 10 weeks, from the date of purchase.
- 30  lessons expire after 15 weeks from the date of purchase.

6. Usage Guidelines:
Lessons, Packages, Memberships and Subscriptions can be used by one individual or dance couple only.
They can be used with one specific teacher, and the same package cannot be used with different instructors.

7. Privet lesson Details:
Two people maximum during private dance lesson, one student or dance couple.
Each session is 45 min long, one-on-one with professional dance teacher.
